Disappointing

Terrible installation, poor customer support from Philips, still can’t use all the features

Lock not working properly and support is very slow

Lock is not connecting to my wifi correctly and support is not really working well to resolve. Its a reasonable lock but doesnt connect to other devices like I thought it would. Quite disappointed.

App doesn't work

Everything else seems to be working fine as expected but the lock doesn't register in the phone app so most of the remote features are missing. Have tried to reach out to support but to no avail.

So far getting what I wanted

I wanted a keyless access, which this lock an excellent product for that. Very easy to setup and add users with finger print and PIN.
Only issue is the WIFI connectivity, always fails to cornet to my 2,4GHz WIFI.In way that is fine with me as I am not inclined to put a door lock for hackers.
